The Mount Sackville PE department have created a fun and engaging fitness plan for this term. It includes recommended daily activities, weekly challenges and inventive ways to track your progress. We are all invited to get involved as we progress through this journey of staying physically and mentally fit together.
Taking part couldn't be easier. Just follow this link below
and you will be greeted with new recommended fitness videos that will be uploaded every day at 9 a.m. Feel free to engage with as many videos as you feel comfortable with. The activities span a variety of disciplines from yoga/pilates to running and many more. There are also links to some useful apps that can help the tracking of progress and improving wellbeing.
While we are apart, we can come together with our physical activity. While gyms are closed and most of us are at home it is vitally important we continue to be physically active, and what better time to take up a new activity you might never have tried before.
